On June 28, 2025, the annual “Stars ‘n Stripes” Agricultural Fair was held at the Thomas Baird Homestead in Millstone Township. The event saw a huge turnout, attracting some 400 attendees, who came to witness youth contestants from throughout the state competing in New Jersey’s oldest livestock show.

Read MoreSeptember 21, 2019 was our first of many to come Farm to Table events, it was held in the hay barn at the Bairds Homestead which was built in the 1800’s. Our goal was to highlight the importance of farming and food grown locally in Monmouth County.
